Instructions for Scheduling Appointments:

1. Using your mouse, click on the Schedule link located on the bottom of this page.
2. When the calendar is displayed, select the month in which you desire to have your appointment from the pull down menu in the upper right hand corner and then click go.




3. Select the date on which you want your appointment by clicking on the cross in the upper right hand corner of the date box. When the Reason for visit box comes up be sure to select a time for the appointment from the pull down menu in the upper right hand corner of the box. Only available times will be displayed.




4. Clearly state the reason for your visit in the space provided.


Please be as specific as possible so that the doctor can prepare in advance for your visit.
• Type your name in the space provided and your email address and phone number if available. An email confirmation for your appointment will be sent to the email address you specify. Then click "Add". Your appointment is now recorded in our system.
• If you have additional questions please feel free to call our offices between 9:00am and 5pm Monday thru Friday or e-mail us at questions@paulcartermd.com
• If you are a new patient, please download and print the forms located in Forms section of our web site and bring those forms with you on your first visit.
If you desire to cancel or change a confirmed appointment please call our office as soon as possible.
